Deputy Superintendent of Police who was charged with corruption was granted temporary release from custody on Saturday by a Srinagar court.
DSP Adil Mushtaq, who was detained on suspicion of corruption, extortion, and fraud, was granted provisional release by the anti-corruption special magistrate.

Mushtaq received bail after posting a 50,000 rupee surety bond. The government has suspended him after his detention.
