Poonch: The police in Poonch had a meeting with members of the public and local merchants in the Khet village area of the Saujiyan police station. The meeting was attended by representatives of the local civil society.
Khet is a rural hamlet that is a part of the Mandi tehsil in the district. It can be found in the Saujiyan sector of the district and is quite near to the Line of Control.
The participants were educated on a variety of topics, including cybercrime, sextortion, phishing attacks, ransomware attacks, and traffic accidents, as well as the terms of the Motor Vehicle Act (MV Act). They were also made aware of the potentially dangerous consequences of substances like alcohol and narcotics, as well as how these things impact the neurological system.
