A young man of 22 has taken his own life in Kupwara

On Tuesday, authorities in the Kupwara district of north Kashmir reported that a 22-year-old man had committed himself at his residence in the Kakadpati Dever neighbourhood.

A nearby hospital reportedly received the youngster immediately, “where doctors declared him brought dead.”

The police have taken up the inquiry and have lodged a complaint; the corpse was transported later for medico-legal procedures.
