Accidents on the road: NoKs of victims get help

Bandipora, June 27: The Deputy Commissioner (DC) of Bandipora, Dr. Owais Ahmad, gave notes for Rs 3 lakh to the next of kin (NoKs) of road accident deaths as full relief for two cases and temporary relief for three cases.

Help was given through the JK Road Accident Victim Fund. Bilal Ahmad Mir, who is the Assistant Regional Transport Officer for Bandipora, said that help was given to 17 NoKs of five people who had died.
