Baramulla, June 27: A theft case in Baramulla has been cleared by the arrest of a suspect who was involved in the crime.
On June 25, 2023, Police Station Bijhama got a letter from a man named Bilal Ahmad Dar who lived in Salamabad Dachina. In the letter, Bilal Ahmad Dar said that three goats had been stolen from Salamabad Dachna woods by unknown thieves. So, a report was filed at Police Station Bijhama under the right parts of the law, and a probe was started.
During the investigation, SHO PS Bijhama and the other cops focused on a number of suspects to question. After a lot of work, one suspect, Parvaiz Ahmad Mughal, the son of Mohd Shafi Mughal and a resident of Salamabad, admitted to being part of a crime. On his confession, all of the stolen things were found. He was caught and taken to the police station, where he is still being held.
After all the legal steps were taken, the stolen property was given back to its rightful owner.
