14 May, Srinagar: On Sunday, Tarun Chugh, the national general secretary of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), claimed that Pakistan was delivering medicines to Jammu and Kashmir.

Chugh was quoted by Kashmir News Service (KNS) as saying that the neighbouring country was using such techniques in order to distract people in our country from the great developmental progress being achieved. Chugh drew a link between Pakistan’s annoyance with India’s quick gains and the country’s claimed participation in the heroin trade, using intelligence data to back up his claims.

He assured the public that the BJP’s dedication to national development has not wavered, and that the party would do all it takes to combat the drug trafficking that poses a danger to the safety of the local community.

He said that the Congress party is experiencing internal conflicts in Rajasthan, leading to a more disorganised political scene. People in Rajasthan are waiting for the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) to take the next step.

The BJP has capitalised on the discord inside the Congress to win support among the general public. He said that the increasing popularity of the BJP in Rajasthan was evidence of the people’s yearning for peace, prosperity, and good leadership.

Support for the BJP is on the rise in Rajasthan, he said, and that bodes well for those who value stability, progress, and efficient leadership.
