Hospitalised CRPF troops were involved in a traffic accident in Srinagar

On Tuesday night, in the Srinagar area of central Kashmir, an unidentified motorcyclist struck a member of the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), injuring him.

According to a report from Tuesday night, a biker in the Ishber neighbourhood of Nishat attacked CRPF soldiers.

Jhon Mohd Mir, a member of the CRPF’s 54th Battalion, was hurt in the incident and rushed to a local hospital, from whence he was sent to the 92nd Base Hospital in Srinagar for more extensive care.

Meanwhile, law enforcement has been made aware of what happened.
