In Soibugh Budgam, a policeman is killed when a vehicle collides with his bike

Budgam, May 30: A police officer was killed on Tuesday morning after being struck by a vehicle in the Soibugh region of central Kashmir’s Budgam district.

According to news agency KDC, an armed police officer identified as Ishfaq Majeed of Paimus Budgam was struck by an LP truck holding registration number JK015A-7018 while riding a motorbike wearing registration number JK04F-6839 in Banpora Soibugh.

He said that the officer was seriously wounded in the accident and was transported to JVC hospital, where medics proclaimed him dead on arrival.

Meanwhile, the incident has been reported to police.
