Kulgam: Woman killed when struck by bicycle

On Wednesday afternoon in the Kulgam district of south Kashmir, a lady was killed after she was struck by a motorbike in the Redwani Payeen region.

According to a report from Kashmir News Observer (KNO), an unidentified motorcyclist struck and killed Hajera Banoo, the 45-year-old wife of Khurshid Ahmad Khanday of Danav Bogund, this afternoon in the Redwani Payeen region of Qaimoh.

Immediately after the event, he added, the lady was taken to PHC Qaimoh, where she was pronounced dead upon arrival.

The official said that a case had been opened and additional investigation had begun.
