LG Sinha offers his sympathies for the loss of life in the Jammu bus disaster

Srinagar, May 30: Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha expressed grief over the death of 10 individuals in a bus accident in Jammu on Tuesday.

Sinha instructed that all feasible help and care be provided to the wounded.

“I am deeply saddened by the tragic loss of life in a bus accident in Jhajjar Kotli, Jammu.” My sincere condolences to the deceased families and wishes for the injured’s quick recovery. In a tweet, the LG’s office stated, “Directed district administration to provide all possible assistance and treatment to the injured.”

On Tuesday morning, a bus collapsed into a steep canyon on the Jammu-Srinagar national highway, killing at least 10 passengers and injuring nearly 50 others.
