23 June, Srinagar: Instructions for applying for or renewing a firearms licence have been provided by the Jammu and Kashmir government’s Home department.
According to Kashmir Dot Com’s research on the matter, the NDAL-ALS Portal was designed by the MHA, Gol and helps applicants make a smooth online application submission.
Before filing an application for the individual Arms license/Renewal of Arms licence, applicants have been urged to study the terms of the Arms Rules, 2016.
To apply, visit https://ndal-alis.gov.in/ and pick the “INDIVIDUAL.” category, followed by the relevant State Home Department and District/licensing authority.
Individual Arms Licences, Renewals, Extensions, and Registrations from Other States and Union Territories may all be obtained via the platform.
The applicant will be directed through the portal to submit all the necessary information and documentation.
