The J&K Judo squad is off to compete in the Cadet National Championship

Srinagar, July 3: The J&K Sports Council (JKSC) has sent a 19-person judo team to the national tournament in IIS, Karnataka. The squad is made up of eight boys, eight girls, two coaches, and one manager.

National championship judokas include Sumit Lal, Adnan Fayaz Bhat, Atul Sharma, Arihaant Mahajan, Vipul Yashovardhan, M Hadi, Mohsin Hamid Malla, Abdul Hannan Shagoo, Fiza Akhter, Manvi Devi, Adn Arshad, Nandini Chib, Zainab Binti Ajaz, Hidaya Shahid, Anshika Sharma, and Tanvi Thakur. Manish Chatwall, Jugal Kishore, and Arshi Nad. Both managers and coaches will accompany them.

All of the players and coaches have been congratulated on being selected for the National level Championship by the Vice President of the J&K Judo Association, Abdul Hamid Khan, the Joint Secretary of the J&K Judo Association, Gowher Khan, and the Senior Judo Coach at NIS, Shafkat Shafi.
