The Jal Shakti Department’s incharge promotions have been regularised on a substantive basis, and the J&K Civil Engineering Graduates Association (JKCEGA) has thanked Lieutenant Governor ManojSinha for this.
The union has released a statement praising the ruling that regularises the employment of 137 executive engineers on a substantive basis.
“Jal Shakti Department has confirmed the services of 137 Exens, 29 S.E’s, and 06 Chief Engineers in the recent past, ever large regularisation in the history of the department,” it says.
The association has thanked the LG, his adviser, the Chief Secretary, and the Commissioner/Secretary, JSD for their efforts to speed up the regularisation process and meet the legitimate demand of the engineers.
The group has urged the government to quickly fill all open positions so that crucial national initiatives may proceed without delay.
