Dr. Darakhshan Andrabi, head of the J&K Waqf Board, presided over a meeting of the organization’s beneficiaries today in Damhal Hanjipora, Kulgam District, South Kashmir.
A news release states that the event was attended by local residents who benefited from several programmes run by the Central Government. Some of the people who benefited from the Prime Minister’s public-friendly activities spoke about their achievements and expressed gratitude to him.
In her speech, Dr. Darakhshan Andrabi praised the nine years of selfless service provided by the Modi government and noted that the tales of its beneficiaries are inspiring. “The public-friendly administration of PM Modi is helping every Indian citizen via many imaginative plans and programmes geared at empowering ordinary people, irrespective of region, religion, caste, or race. According to Dr. Andrabi, “every Indian citizen benefits from government welfare schemes.”
Dr. Darakhshan, in an apparent jab at the opposition parties that have been critical of the government’s performance, said that corrupt dynasts had robbed the nation for decades at the centre, split the people for votes, and that the same thing had happened in J&K, destroying generations of residents via corruption and the exploitation of feeling. “Dynasts and their lobby drove our young to violence, depriving us of exposure to technology, industry, and the economy under the guise of their narrow perspective. Prime Minister Modi has led us out of the tunnel and into a world of tremendous opportunity for improvement in every sphere. The gift of peace in Kashmir from our Prime Minister has given us hope for brighter days ahead, a BJP National Executive Member remarked. In her opinion, the old guard J&K politicians who squandered public funds for their own personal gain are no longer a concern.
