A woman’s death in Rajouri is being investigated

A lady was found dead in the early hours of Tuesday, May 16 in Rajouri, and police have opened an inquiry into her death.

Kaleema Akhter, wife of Draj Budhal resident Mukhtar Ahmed, was found dead. She was 21 years old.

According to the police investigation, the decedent’s condition worsened after she took an unknown drug, leading her to seek medical attention at GMC Associated Hospital Rajouri, where she ultimately passed away while receiving care.

Police have taken charge of the corpse and completed medico-legal procedures, according to police officials, and have begun an investigation and inquiry.
