The State Spokesperson for the party, Imran Nabi Dar, strongly denounced the mass suspension, saying, “It is a clear case of the government running away from accountability and evading discussions on various critical bills in the parliament.” It is obvious that the administration imposed the suspensions in order to cover up its mistakes. Every elected public representative has the right to raise inquiries. They speak for the hopes and expectations of the people if they have been chosen by the electorate and sent to Parliament. We demand that the suspensions be immediately lifted and denounced. Such actions impact the country’s status as a democratic nation internationally.
