The government sends a project officer to Kupwara to work on wage employment (ACD)

Nov. 28, Srinagar: In the meantime, while an investigation into Kupwara’s behavior is ongoing, the Government of Jammu and Kashmir has attached the Project Officer, Wage Employment (ACD).

The order, a copy of which is in GNS, states that Mr. Hilal Ahmad Mir, JKAS, Project Officer, Wage Employment (ACD), Kupwara, is thus attached in the General Administration Department, with immediate effect, pending an investigation into his actions.

The officer’s attachment comes as a result of another JKAS official, who is now the Regional Director, Survey & Land Records (ex-officio Settlement Officer), Anantnag, being suspended by the government. In GNS
