Tragically, at least 75 animals, including goats and sheep, perished in a fire that enveloped a cowshed in the Dachan neighbourhood of Kishtwar on Wednesday night, September 28.
According to reports, the cowshed belongs to Lala, Chopan’s son.

Station House Officer Dachan has verified the incident and stated that an investigation is presently underway to determine the cause of the fire.
