According to a government official, Abdul Rashid perished on the spot after being struck by a ricocheting rock during a rainstorm.

22 July, Srinagar: In Jammu and Kashmir’s Ramban district, a man was killed when he was struck by a thrown stone.

An official reported that Abdul Rashid perished on the spot after being struck by a projectile stone during a rainstorm.

He stated that Rashid was on his way to Chakki in Paristan village at the time of the incident.
