Jammu, 13 August: Kendriya Vidyalaya No. 1 Gandhi Nagar, Jammu teacher Rajni Baliya, a national awardee, has been invited as a special invitee by the Union Ministry of Education to participate in Independence Day Celebrations, 2023 at the union capital.

The Prime Minister of India, Narendra Modi, will be speaking at a ceremony at Red Fort in Delhi, and her husband, Dr. J N Baliya, has been asked to join him. She is one of 25 honorees from all around India, and the only one from Jammu and Kashmir.

According to a press release, the three-day schedule will include events at Red Fort Delhi, the National War Memorial, and the Prime Ministers Museum.

We want to honour the spirit of Independence Day by giving these outstanding educators a chance to meet, network, and be inspired by one another over the course of three days. All of the recipients from throughout the nation who have been invited to come will have a wonderful day, the statement promised.

In “recognition of her dedicated, sincere, and meritorious services towards the cause of education and contributions towards the holistic development of pupils,” the President of India presented Rajni Baliya with the National Award for teachers, the KV National Incentive Award, and the KV Regional Incentive Award.

Rajni Baliya is a motivated and passionate educator who employs cutting-edge technology and a variety of creative approaches to make her lessons engaging and informative for her students.

She has been submitting articles and research papers to international journals, newspapers, and magazines, bringing attention to themes and difficulties in education thanks to her strong communication abilities and fluency in two languages. The Principal Amit Walter along with other staff members of KV No 1 Gandhi Nagar Jammu congratulated Rajni Baliya for this special recognition and appreciated her contributions as teacher of the Vidyalaya for bringing it laurels at the national level.
