After a guy dies, police launch an investigation

Rajouri, September 5: Rajouri police have opened an investigation on a man’s death at some steps close to the Abdullah Bridge.

The late Parvaiz Hussain, Noor Mohammad’s (38) son, lived in the Rajouri neighbourhood of Aitti Darhali.

According to the authorities, the young guy in question was near some steps next to the Abdullah Bridge on Monday night when he fell from a great height. He was brought unconscious to GMC Associated Hospital Rajouri but passed away there.

On Tuesday, medical-legal procedures and a post-mortem examination of the deceased’s corpse were carried out at the hospital. Police of Rajouri City Police Post have started an inquiry into the incident.
