Customers of the Punjab National Bank (PNB) have been urged to complete their Know Your Customer data. The consumer may have difficulties in their ability to conduct financial transactions if their KYC papers are not kept up to date, as the bank has said.Customers with accounts that have not yet had their KYC information updated have received two notifications from the bank at their registered locations as well as an SMS at their registered mobile numbers, according to a statement that was released by PNB on August 2, 2023. In accordance with the regulations established by the RBI, the bank has requested that all of its clients bring their Know Your Customer details up to date by the 31st of August 2023.

If your account is one that is eligible for a KYC update by the 31st of July 2023, you are kindly urged to have your KYC updated by either using the PNB application, visiting the PNB website, or going in person to any branch of the bank. PNB clients are required to update their identification evidence, address proof, current picture, PAN, income proof, cellphone number, and other information through PNB One as part of the KYC updating process. On the other hand, if the customer’s information has not changed, he is free to visit any branch of the bank and make a self-declaration there. Customers who opt to engage in e-KYC authentication, according to the bank, have the ability to submit a self-declaration at any branch that they have not changed either their ID or their address information. How to verify the current status of your PNB KYC

Sign in using your credentials on the online PNB website.

Customers who want to complete their electronic Know-Your-Customer requirements may do so using the PNB One module.
