“Infiltration bid was foiled in Poonch district,” Lt. Colonel Suneel Bartwal, a spokesperson for the Defence Ministry, said in a statement. In the early hours of August 6-7, the Indian Army and local police worked together to fight and kill two infiltrating terrorists.

One terrorist collapsed instantly, while a second attempted to flee towards the Line of Control. He was attacked and knocked to the ground along the line of control. The process is still ongoing at this time.
