ARTO Bandipora bans the car used in the event because of the stunt

Thursday (September 7) in Bandipora, the Assistant Regional Transport Officer banned a car after it was engaged in a stunt incident.

According to the news outlet Kashmir News Observer (KNO), an official has confirmed that a video showing the driver of the vehicle standing on top of his automobile has gone popular on social media.

He said that as soon as ARTO Bandipora Bilal Ahmad Mirm found out about the incident, he placed the car on a blacklist.

The official warned that the vehicle’s owner and driver will be prosecuted under the International Penal Code and the Motor Vehicles Act—(KNO).
