Srinagar, 14 October: Today, a literary event took place in Kreeri’s Hanfia Model Higher Secondary School.
Adbi Markaz Kamraz, the event’s patron and a former secretary of the Cultural Academy, presided.
Welcoming visitors was Principal Wani Manzur. Veterans Shahnaz Rasheed, Tanha Nizami, Nazir Hussain Nazir, Ranjoor Tilgami, Shaukat Tilgami, ND Hosh, Sagar Sarfaraz, Miss Nearat Nasreen, Azhar Hassan, Shezzad Manzur, Sarwar Bulbul, and Faruq Wagoori are just a few of the creatives that read their work aloud.
Dr. A. R. Budoo, the school’s managing director, praised the principal for planning the event and thanked dignitaries for attending. In his presidential speech, Dr. Masoodi emphasised his delight at hearing the greatest poetry and his wish for the institution’s students to study, talk, and express themselves in Kashmiri, a goal that Adbi Markaz Kamraz has been working towards for the last 51 years. Nisar Azam, a Sahitya Ekademy award recipient, led the programme.
