Bandipora has begun an enforcement campaign against motorcyclists

Offender vehicles (15 RCs and 10 DLs) were confiscated due to lack of helmet use.

Bandipora, September 2: The enforcement team of the Assistant Regional Transport Office (ARTO) Bandipora took strong action against erring two-wheelers on Saturday, seizing 15 RCs and 10 DLs from offenders who did not wear helmets, highlighting the importance of helmet use.

The enforcement team found several people using motorcycles without helmets throughout the operation. The ARTO Bandipora team delivered on-the-spot warnings to violators of traffic safety requirements and collected a total of Rs. 15,000.
