Jammu, July 31: According to an official, the Border Security Force (BSF) killed an intruder to thwart an attempt at infiltration at the international border in the Arnia region of Jammu and Kashmir.
According to an official, during the intervening night of July 30 and July 31, the alert BSF personnel saw unusual activity over the IB in the Arnia border region.
He stated that when an intruder was seen moving towards the BSF barrier, the alert personnel were forced to begin firing.
The official said that the force shot the invader to death.
According to the sources, there is now more patrolling along the border and searches are being done where infiltration occurred.
