Jammu, August 6: On August 4, under the patronage of Vice Chanchellor Dr. B N Tripathi, the Faculty of Veterinary Sciences & Animal Husbandry hosted a one-day capacity building training event on the interpretation of clinical pathology data for University students and staff.

The training was provided as part of the Institutional Development Project (IDP) of the National Agricultural Higher Education Project (NAHEP) at SKUAST Jammu. Blood, urine, faeces, and other bodily fluids are only some of the samples that clinical pathologists analyse and interpret to arrive at a diagnosis. Expertise in data interpretation, therefore, needs both training and experience.
