The detention orders for Moulana Abdul Rashid Dawoodi and Mushtaq Ahmed Veeri, who were charged under the Public Safety Act, were revoked by the Jammu & Kashmir High Court on Friday.
The Court invalidated the detention orders of both religious clergy who were booked under the PSA in 2022, according to information accessible with the news organisation Kashmir News Observer (KNO).
