Kashmir Scroll, a news agency, said on Saturday that 47-year-old Andhra Pradesh visitor Gidijala Bhaskar had passed out at the guesthouse Basera Harwan. He was sent to SKIMS Soura, where the medical staff pronounced him dead upon arrival. Meanwhile, further action has been taken in this area.
