Srinagar, September 12: Dr. Farooq Abdullah, the president of the National Conference and a member of parliament, said that the government had prioritised the US above regional farmers.

The senior official told reporters that when the G20 agreements were revealed, the effect they would have on our economy wasn’t considered. J&K and Himachal Pradesh might be affected, as well as Uttarakhand and Uttar Pradesh. Our main economic sources are apples and walnuts, he said.
He pleaded with the Indian government not to take any action that would worsen the misery of the already impoverished people of J&K.
“We will march in the streets and protest if they don’t make it simple for the people.”
