Srinagar,24, August: A seminar on career and educational counselling was conducted on August 24, 2023, at AEIMS International School in Mochuwa,Budgam, in alignment with the guidelines outlined in the National Education Policy 2020. The exercise included the participation of students in grades 6 through 10. The speakers included Mr. Aaqib Parray, a senior career counsellor and chairman of Helping Hands J&K, as well as career counsellors Miss Saieba Riyaz and Miss Nadia Farooq.
The speaker thoroughly examined a range of views and delivered a persuasive discourse on strategies for students to cultivate their professional trajectories and follow their scholarly passions. The speaker’s presentation, which used a guiding approach for novices, proved to be incredibly beneficial and well-received. Mr. Aaqib Parray engaged in a dialogue with the faculty members to deliberate on strategies for enhancing the standard of education and addressing the needs of students in selecting their future paths subsequent to their 10th grade tests.
The speaker and career counsellor were commended by the administration for their valuable guidance that proved beneficial to the students.
Furthermore, the speaker expressed sincere gratitude for the contributions made by Mr. Danish Yousuf, the Chairman of AEIMS, and Mr. Aamir Rashid, the Coordinator/Convenor, in fostering collaboration.
