Highway between Srinagar and Jammu will remain closed on Monday

The National Highway 44 has sustained enormous damage over the past several days in different sections of Jammu and Kashmir, notably along the stretch that runs through the Ramban district, necessitating its closure for traffic. Due to the aforementioned, traffic on NH-44 will be prohibited on Monday, July 10, 2023.

The Mughal Road is thus recommended for travel from Jammu to Srinagar and vice versa by the general population. More information will be provided on Monday night. The UT administration is doing all in its power to guarantee that traffic returns as soon as feasible.
