The Joint Transport Commissioner position has been shifted to Vinay Samotra, JKAS, Additional Secretary in the J&K Public Service Commission. The J&K Public Service Commission has appointed Girdhari Lal, JKAS, Additional Secretary while he is awaiting orders of adjustment in the General Administration Department.
