In Anantnag, a son allegedly stabbed his mother; the accused has been arrested

On July 26, Srinagar (GNS): According to police reports, a 65-year-old widow was hospitalised after her son stabbed her in the Botengoo neighbourhood in the Anantnag district of south Kashmir.
They claimed that Javid Ahmad Dar, the mother of Hajira Begum, the wife of Ghulam Mohuidin Dar, had stabbed her.”The woman was taken to DH Anantnag after the incident and sustained abdominal injuries,” they said.They said, “The culprit has been apprehended and is being questioned for the incident.
