A road incident in Poonch, J&K, injures seven Baratis

On the 24th of October, in the Kurigam region of Qazigund in the Kulgam district of South Kashmir, a police truck carrying at least five officers went off the road, injuring everybody aboard.

According to the news outlet Kashmir News Observer (KNO), five police officers were injured after a police 407 van slid off the road in Kurigam, Qazigund.

He claimed the wounded police officers were taken to the Qazigund emergency room, and two of them were later transferred to GMC Anantnag.

Head Constable Mushtaq Ahmad, Constables Waseem Ahmad, Murtaza Ahmad, Amir Suhail, and Sajad Ahmad, a driver for the Special Police Organisation, were all hurt.
