In Rajouri, Jammu and Kashmir, the Army chief travels to the front lines

General Manoj Pande, the head of the Indian Army, went to the front lines along the LoC in the Rajouri region of Jammu & Kashmir on Saturday, September 2.

Army Chief General Manoj Pande reportedly visited and evaluated advanced locations in the Rajouri Sector, according to a military statement released today.

The COAS has been updated on the operational readiness and current security situation by the commanders on the ground.

The operational preparedness and effective dominance of LoC were praised by the COAS.
