The Lt. Governor discussed his thoughts on Jammu and Kashmir’s transformative path.

Srinagar, August 24 — As part of the ICCR’s Gen Next Democracy Network Programme, Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha today met with 19 young leaders travelling to India from nine democratic nations.

The youth delegates from Ireland, Namibia, the United States, Iceland, Luxembourg, Italy, Denmark, Albania, and Moldova were welcomed to Raj Bhavan by the Lt Governor.

The Lt. Governor discussed Jammu and Kashmir’s transformative path throughout the conversation. He said that the J&K UT is making progress towards its lofty objective of creating a digital society and an inclusive, sustainable development.

Along with it, he highlighted Chandrayaan-3’s momentous lunar landing. “The historic achievement belongs to the entire world, to humanity, and to young leaders like you,” he remarked.

The members of the foreign delegation’s queries were answered by the Lt. Governor.
