In the event that the weather cooperates and the road conditions improve, On the Jammu-Srinagar National Highway (NH-44), passenger and load-carrying light motor vehicles, private cars, heavy motor vehicles, and load carriers will be permitted to travel from Jammu in the direction of Srinagar and vice versa. It is important for commuters to maintain proper lane discipline.
The Convoy Movement of the SFs
Contingent upon there being no bad weather and the roads being in decent shape On the Jammu-Srinagar National Highway (NH-44), vehicles belonging to the Security Forces will be permitted to travel in either direction, going from Jammu to Srinagar or vice versa.

The SSG Road
Movement of vehicles along the Srinagar-Sonamarg-Gumari road would be permitted from both directions, namely from Srinagar in the direction of Kargil and vice versa, provided that the weather is favourable and the road is in excellent condition. LMVs, followed by HMVs, will be permitted to travel from Minamarg in the direction of Srinagar between the hours of 07:30 and 1100. In a similar fashion, light motor vehicles that are followed by heavy motor vehicles will be permitted to go from Sonamarg towards Kargil between the hours of 1300 and 1700. After the designated cutoff times, no vehicles will be permitted.
At 8:00 in the morning, the Special Forces Convoy that travels from Srinagar to Kargil will depart from Srinagar. The SFs Convoy that is travelling from Drass to Srinagar is required to plan its movement in such a way that there will be no disruptions to the flow of civil traffic.
Road of the Mughals
Vehicle traffic on the Mughal route will be permitted to go in both directions, from Poonch in the direction of Shopian and vice versa, provided that the weather is pleasant and the road is in good shape. These vehicles will be permitted to travel between Behramgalla (Buffliaz) and Herpora (Shopian) beginning at 06:00 and ending at 18:00 local time. After the time limit has been reached, no vehicles will be admitted. NOTE OF ADVICE
