No HMVs (load carriers) shall be allowed from Srinagar towards Jammu and vice versa on the Jammu-Srinagar NHW (NH-44) in view of urgent repairs and upgrades to the airstrip stretch along NH-44 near Bibihara, Anantnag, on April 1, 2024. The restrictions will apply from 0400 hrs on Monday to 0700 hrs on Tuesday, 02-04-2024. We advise truckers to plan their journey accordingly and avoid travelling on the Jammu Srinagar NHW on 01-04-2024 (Monday) from 0400 hrs to 0700 hrs (Tuesday).
