LG Sinha felicitates the Social Bravery Award winners

On Friday, October 27, at Raj Bhawan, Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha gave the Social Bravery Award to Sarasvati, V. Shankar, Faisal Shah, Muheet Butt, and Beena Budki.

In a statement released here, an official spokeswoman said that the LG commended the awardees for their efforts to promote Jammu and Kashmiri culture.

Beena Budki, President of the Hindi Kashmiri Sangam, expressed gratitude to the LG for helping to make the Yagnopaveet, which was successfully conducted from October 24 to 26, 2023, at the Mata Kheer Bhawani Temple in Ganderbal. Devotees of the Kanchi Mutt from Tamil Nadu also took part in the event.
