Samba, July 21 (KS): According to Samba Police, a man who allegedly “slit” his wife’s throat with a sharp object in Ramgarh in the Samba district has been detained.
Despite the fact that the accused had fled the scene of the crime right away after committing the murder, a senior police officer told the news agency Kashmir Scroll that police tightened all nakas in the district, alerted nafri in the entire district, and caught the suspect. The woman, a 24-year-old young housewife with a 2-year-old girl child, was brutally murdered by her husband.
He claimed that case FIR No. 40/2023 u/s 302 IPC had been filed at Police Station Ramgarh, that the deceased’s post-mortem had been ordered by a board of doctors, and that the accused had been apprehended by police and subjected to extensive questioning after the completion of all legal processes.
Sunil Kumar alias Sunny Lambad, a resident of Ramgarh in the Samba district and a son of Darshan Kumar Choudhary, has been named as the culprit.
Nearly four years ago, the late Rimpy of Ramgarh and her husband Sunil aka Sunny Lambad, who was also a resident of Ramgarh, tied the knot in marriage. They also had a female child, but their evil husband Sunil killed his virtuous and devoted wife Rimpy in cold blood. He then fled the scene, but authorities were able to catch him. The officer also stated that the accused husband had been arrested and that more investigation was ongoing.(KS)
