Meeting at the Block Level is presided over by Deputy Commissioner Pulwama

Pulwama, September 11: At the Town Hall Pampore, the Deputy Commissioner (DC) Pulwama, Dr Basharat Qayoom, today presided over a block-level evaluation of development works and programmes.

The chair was first informed by the block development officer of the numerous development initiatives taking place in the blocks, and a department-by-department overview was planned. The DC focused on meeting deadlines while conducting department-by-department reviews. The DC further underlined the need to record expenditures concurrently with the execution of the assigned tasks.
