Sgr. Sep. 4: A meeting between Helping Hands J&K and Mr. G.N. Var (President of the Private Schools Association Kashmir) has been scheduled for today to discuss the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 and its effects on educational institutions. An efficient implementation of the new education policy requires open communication and cooperation between private schools and the association, which was the goal of the conference.

Important people from both the private schools and the association got together on September 4, 2023, to talk about the NEP policy. Mr. G.N. Var, President the Private Schools Association of Kashmir, presided over the meeting and emphasised the need for a cooperative effort to overcome obstacles and take advantage of the possibilities given by the new policy.

Curriculum revisions, assessment strategies, educator preparation, and physical facility needs were only some of the topics covered at the NEP policy conference. The president emphasised that private schools should conform to NEP standards without sacrificing their own identity or capabilities.

Education and the role that private schools play in influencing students’ lives were topics of agreement between the two groups. In order to overcome the obstacles of implementation and guarantee a seamless transition to the new policy framework, they decided to work closely together.

The president concluded by thanking Mr. Aaqib Parray, Chairman of Helping Hands J&K, for leading the meeting and assuring the private schools that they would have his full support as they worked to put the NEP policy into practice.
