The Mughal Road links Poonch, Rajouri, and Kashmir Valley’s Shopian
Poonch, October 18: The Mughal Road, which connects the twin districts of Poonch and Rajouri with the Shopian district of Kashmir Valley, reopened for traffic on Wednesday after being blocked for two days due to snowfall. The road is again open in both directions.
According to official sources cited by GNS, the highway in question was made accessible to traffic this morning.

An official from the police department has said that the route, which had been blocked because of safety concerns but is now available to traffic again, has been reopened. (GNS)
