SIA Jammu apprehended Md. Javed, a main suspect in Police Station Poonch’s Narco terror FIR 69/23 case in Delhi, on August 19.
Four narco terror module members attempted to transport narcotics and bombs into India over Poonch’s border barrier on 30/05/2023. The suspects were arrested by Sikh LI with rifles, ammo, IEDs, and heroin.
Investigation found that primary culprit Md Javed, who had fled, was supervising the gang of four.
Technical monitoring and human information revealed that Md. Javed was hiding in Delhi, where SIA headed by Insp Lakhvir arrested him.
FIR 69/2023 PS Poonch was moved to SIA Jammu on 06/07/2023 for investigation.
SIA Jammu is investigating this narco terror syndicate’s cross-border operation, which involves smuggling arms, explosives, and narcotics, as well as its rapid wealth accumulation.
SIA Jammu employees supported Insp Lakhvir, Vinod, and Anil Sharma in the arrest.
