The National Investigation Agency (NIA) announced a Rs 10 lakh reward for information leading to the capture of Kulgam-based TRF terrorist Basit Ahmad Dar on Friday, July 14 in Srinagar.
For information leading to the arrest and conviction of Dar of Redwani Payeen, Kulgam in south Kashmir, the anti-terror agency has offered a reward of 32/2021/NIA/DLI.

The NIA assured him that his informant’s identity would remain confidential.
Dar has been previously accused by security authorities of orchestrating the wave of civilian deaths in Kashmir.
According to J&K Police records, he lives in Redwani Payeen, Kulgam, is a member of TRF, and has been operating as a terrorist since April 2021.
