It has been the responsibility of the MPs, MLAs, district presidents, and representatives of the groups in the 16 districts to gather people for the demonstration.

Samrat Chaudhary, the state president of the BJP, will also preside over a review meeting for the rally’s planning on October 25.

A regional gathering of BJP leaders from 16 districts, including Muzaffarpur, Sitamarhi, Darbhanga, West Champaran, East Champaran, Sheohar, Vaishali, Samastipur, and others, was held earlier in Muzaffarpur.

On September 16, Amit Shah visited the Bihar town of Jhanjharpur in the Madhubani district. Amit Shah said that the BJP is concentrating on Bihar after the Mahagathbandhan administration was formed in the state. He has already been to Purnea, Sitab Diara in Saran, Nawada, Lakhisarai, and Valmikinagar.

Bihar has 40 seats in the Lok Sabha, and the BJP won 17 of them in the last election.
