New Delhi, July 29: After receiving a call that there was a bomb aboard the train, passengers of the Delhi-Jammu Tawi Rajdhani Express were terrified.

At Sonipat Railway Station in Haryana, the train was extensively inspected after the call, according to the Railways.

The bomb threat, however, turned out to be a prank call.

The train arrived at the Sonipat train station at 9:35 p.m. on Friday at platform number 4, according to Northern Railway CPRO Deepak Kumar. RPF and GRP arrived at the station after the bomb threat along with the fire department and ambulance. After a thorough examination by the bomb squad and sniffer dogs, the train departed for its destination around 2 a.m.
