Srinagar, December 25: In response to social media reports, legal action has been taken against Saqib Bashir Ganai, a resident of Rakh Moman Bijbehara in the district of Anantnag, for allegedly deceiving and intimidating people in order to obtain money illegally. The complaint was based on the resident’s actions.
In accordance with the applicable legal provisions, a case has been filed at Police Station Bijbehera under File No. 294/2023. Regarding the aforementioned situation, the individual has been placed under arrest.
The public is asked to use care while using the internet and social media applications and to contact the police immediately for necessary legal action in the event of a grievance rather than utilizing social media as a platform.
